Refund policy

Returns

 

We want you to love your GetFitWithFaith bottle. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

 

To start a return, contact us at getfitwithfaithh@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll confirm the return address and next steps.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or defective items

 

If your bottle arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

 

Exchanges

 

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different bottle, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

 

Non-returnable items

 

For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on used or engraved bottles unless they are faulty.
